Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal.
Pack the Goods
Securely pack your Pit Vipers in their original box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once it reaches our warehouse.
